The bachelor apartment is in Bramley at The Homage. You’ll be sharing the space with someone kitchen, living space, bathroom etc. It is very safe and convenient. Electricity is Prepaid ( the only amount you’ll be paying outside of your rent) Water is metered, but the highest it can get is probably R100 per person. (Which is also included in your rent) Refuse and Effluent are included in your rent, because the amount doesn’t fluctuate. 5 minutes drive to Melrose, 10 minutes drive to Sandton, 10 minutes drive to Rosebank. The complex has an exit to corlett drive, so if you use public transport you can catch a taxi opposite the complex that goes to via corlett drive, pass illovo, rosebank and ends in Randburg and if you work in Sandton it’s a 10 minutes taxi to Pan taxi rank, then Sandton. Space big enough for a double bed, nothing more than that. No sleepovers🙏🏾

I’d really appreciate someone who’s looking for more of a long term stay(6-8 months)

You’ll be sharing the bachelor with one lady. Easy going, mostly at work. Respect others property and respects boundaries as well.
