We have a fully furnished large room available in our cozy and comfortable home. You’ll be sharing the fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment with two people.

We’re looking for someone responsible, clean, and friendly and preferably female.

🏡 The apartment area is secure.

🛜 We cover the Wifi Cost. Unthrottled 100mbps with backup battery for loadshedding.

🛏️ There is a double bed with a new mattress, desk and chair, and cupboard in the room itself.

👕 There is also a separate laundry room, washing machine, tumble drier as well as a clothes line.

🍎 Woolies and PicnPay are 5 minute walking distance away. It’s a 25-minute drive to the Waterfront.

🅿️ The only parking available is street parking. Park at your own risk. There are visitor spots but these are not always available.

Please Note: This apartment is being sold this year, and we plan to move out. This is a short-term rental, ideal for someone who doesn’t need a long-term stay. The move-out timeline is flexible, and we’re happy to discuss details further.

We are two sisters in our twenties. We are social but also enjoy our peace. We enjoy travelling, cooking and the outdoors!
