Lino's room

Hey, I’ve got a room for rent in a super nice, modern apartment in Gardens.

It’s on the 8th floor (the penthouse) of a very well-maintained apartment complex in Gardens, right across from the Company’s Garden. The complex has good security, a pool, and underground parking spaces (available by arrangement). It’s less than a 2-minute walk to Kloof and Bree Street.

The apartment is fully furnished and spacious, with 100 square meters for two people. It’s got a big, bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen including a washing machine, a dining table and a lounge area. You can also access the balcony from there, where you’ll have a great view of the whole of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The apartment also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub).

Your (future) room is bright, has a double bed, and a spacious wardrobe (see pictures). You’ve also got a stunning view of Lionshead and Signalhill. In the hallway opposite is the bathroom with shower, which is primarily for your use and will only be used by me for showering (of course you can also use the other bathroom for a bath at any time).

Here’s a little bit about me as your roommate: My name’s Lino, I’m from Germany, and I’m doing my Professional Master of Law at UCT this year. I’m a friendly and social guy who likes traveling, eating out, and playing sports.

I want to have a friendly atmosphere in the apartment where you can do things together, but also have your own space.
