Flat to share situated in a quiet and safe complex close to multiple amenities, such as Parklands Main Road, Myciti bus stops, malls, and convenience stores etc. You will have a private room with access to shared common spaces such as kitchen, lounge, bathroom (shower over bath) etc.

There will be just two people living in the apartment—you and me. I lead a quiet, professional life and seek the same in a flatmate. I don’t smoke but do enjoy social drinking in moderation. I uphold Christian values and a strong moral compass. Ideally, I’m looking for more than just a flatmate—I’d love to find a friend as well.
