About the room

Large spacious house with large garden. Double garage, balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Opposite a park and 2 minutes walk to Sandbaai beach and 5 mins walk to Whale Coast Mall. If you want more privacy I also have a furnished garden cottage for R8500pm.

About the roomies

I am a 59 year old active female from the UK, England. I have 3 large breed dogs which have the freedom of the house. I cycle everywhere and go to a gym in Hermanus. I don’t drink or smoke and would like similar letters. I own the property and from time to time i have visitors from the UK.
