I have a lovely 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms house in Kew Road, Richmond with a private garden. Close to Milpark hospital, but not close enough to hear the ambulances. Shopping center near by and multiple coffee shops (Richmond Studio Cafe had AMAZING pizzas!!!), WITS & UJ, 2km from Melville high street.

Unfurnished room with garden view available in a furnished house. Shared living space.
R5500/month, includes a housekeeper twice a month, a gardener twice a month, security armed response (Beagle Watch), uncapped fiber internet, water & refuse, and off street parking for 1 car!
Plus 3 loving cats for company & inhouse entertainment! 😸😺😻
The house has an electric fence, & beams outside and inside.
Electricity is pre paid, usually around R500/month per person, but varies seasonally.
R250 admin fee and affordability check, applies.

About the roomies
I have been staying here for a year and love the place. Its conveniently located to shops and highways. I work from home but am out for most of the day, I also have several hobbies that keep me busy running around so the house is quite quiet. AMA
