About the room
BALLITO Rental: Semi-furnished room available from 1st March 2025. Suited for single professional. The room features an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, as well as a private patio with a pool view. The room has a 2-burner gas cooker, (NO electric cooking), fridge, and ceiling fan. (Bed optional) the room is accessible via stairs, with street parking only. The location is within walking distance to beaches and Ballito Village. We require a minimum 12-month lease, with the option to renew. Unfortunately, not suitable for children or pets. Credit checks will be conducted. Rental R 5,500 per month, inclusive of WiFi, water and electricity. A deposit of R 6,000 is required.
