I have a three-bedroom home in Kirstenhof, and one room (furnished) will be available on 1 April 2025. It’s a quiet area with street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. Rent includes all utilities (internet, rates, electricity, Netflix, DStv). 10% discount if rent is paid in cash (deposit to be EFT’d). Further discounts are available if you are willing to assist with animals. Viewings from 17 March by appointment.

You’ll share the house with me occasionally; and my flatmate, a working professional in his 50s. The dog sleeps in the living room. Four chickens are on guard in the garden, so there are free eggs.
