About the room

Spacious room with a queen bed and a large work table. This is a an old house which have high ceilings which maintains a cooler temperatures in the summer. You are welcome to spend your time in the living room, even bring your work station there. We have 1 and half shared bathrooms. We have a shared kitchen available for everyone in the house; all utensils made available. The property is situated in Gardens area in the City bowl Cape Town, about 200 meters from the Gardens Mall (shopping center) and 80 meters from MyCity BRT hub station on Mill Street. UCT bus station from Gardens is behind my house a two minutes walk to the station. The place fairly quiet during the day.

About the roomies

I am consultant and property manager. I have other rooms in the house which are let out on other platforms like Airbnb. I get locals and foreigners of all kinds guest in the house for long and short periods of time.
