About the room
This is immediately available - after credit check approval from the agency and Sub-Lease signed.
The available room will be UNFURNISHED - It comes with a built-in cupboard. The bedrooms are both upstairs - as well as the bathrooms. The available bathroom as a shower, sink and cupboard and toilet.
If you need a home office, there is one available for you OR we can use it as a spare room should you not require it.
The rest of the house comes fully furnished. Downstairs has a nice open plan kitchen and lounge area - the space gets a lot of natural light. We have a lovely outside area that wraps around the house, with two parking bays behind an electric gate.
About the roomies
My name is Danél :) I’ve lived in this house for a few years now, very happily - with my two dogs Xena and Cash, and two cats Luna and Quincy.
I manage a tattoo shop during the day and in my free-time I like to keep myself busy with sewing, gardening, crafting, games and hanging out with my dogs at the park.
I live a very busy life - so I like to keep my home as calm and peaceful as I can to recharge.
