I have a spacious outside room available for rent in a quiet and safe neighbourhood conveniently located close to local amenities. The room is currently furnished but can be unfurnished, it offers a separate private entrance, providing a peaceful and private space perfect for a responsible individual. Please note that we have a few house rules: no couples, no children, and no pets are allowed. However, we warmly welcome students and are proud to be an LGBT+ friendly home. The rent includes water, electricity, and WiFi, making it an excellent value for a comfortable and convenient living space.
