Hi all I have two bedrooms available in my 3 Bedroom apartment in Observatory
The slightly smaller room is R8400 and the bigger room for R8600 excluding wifi and electricity (Wifi is R270 and electricity is usually approx. R200) water is included.
The place is furnished you would only need to furnish your room (both rooms have beds already). The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine.
