• A large leather couch, TV with smartbox (netflix subscription & youtube) + sound system for Karaoke nights.

There is a balcony with incredible views of Table Mountain, Lions Head & Signal Hill. A great spot to chill at on weekends.

Your room has two single beds joined together to form a queen sized bed. Spacious built in cupboards for your clothes, shoes & designer suitcase. A mirror on the wall, a work desk & a comfortable chair.

• The room comes with bedding (queen size fitted sheets, a large comforter, 2 standard pillows & 2 continental pillows), so you can just move right in.

The building has a large rooftop terrace with a pool. The rooftop has 360 degree views of the CBD, harbor & mountains. There is also a gym in the building if that’s part of your NY resolutions. There is safe on street parking for your vehicle.

The apartment is a 3 minutes drive/uber to long street, distance is walkable once you’re familiar with the route. MyCiti bus stop is only 2 minutes aways. The building is very clean, has 24 hour security, ground floor reception & CCTV.

The apartment building is called Chapel Towers. Monthly bills include:

I work during the day, spend my evenings cooking delicious meals & sometimes watch a movie in the lounge to wind down.
