About the room
I have one unfurnished room available for a single person in Brackenfell. Walking distance to shopping centres (Brackenfell Corner, Pick n Pay Hyper, Fairbridge Mall, and a short drive to Cape Gate) gym and much more.
Water, electricity and wifi are not included in the rent.
The apartment is clean, safe and quiet, so no parties or rowdy gatherings and no visitors’ parking available.
It is perfect for a single person of sober habits. Fulltime employed and considerate of others in a shared space. Virtually no visitors, so someone from outside the province would be great.
About the roomies
I will be the only other person living in the apartment. I mainly keep to myself; and I am also currently studying, so really value a quiet space. I almost never have visitors and I prefer that I share the space with someone of similar habits.
