The apartment is a beautifully decorated, spacious 2 bedroom maisonnette located a block away from the promenade, steps away from several dining and shopping options and there is a myCiti bus stop a few steps away from the apartment building entrance. Roommie will occupy one of the two bedrooms, have private ensuite bathroom, lockable and partial use of shared spaces. Unfortunately, due to allergies, no pets will be permitted.

Seeking a clean, conscientious, quiet and respectful roommate to occupy 2nd bedroom in February/ March. Apartment is kept very clean and the ideal roommate will be clean and hygienic. No children or pets are permitted. Short term rentals only.
