Very good security with burglar bars and electrified fencing on perimeter. Within minutes’ drive to Montague gardens, Paarden Island, Killarney Gardens and Century city. Parking is off-street and secure.

Currently we have five single professionals which among others is an accountant, a high school teacher and the rest is in IT. All are rather private and although friendly respect each other’s privacy. Currently we have two mature lady and 3 males all 26 years and above. One has been here for six years!
