I am looking for a mature and grown up person (age group from 35 yrs and above) that i can trust in my house.

A domesticated and clean person who would be able to clean after himself without me reminding.

A mindfful person that knows cost of leaving is too high and can be able to use water and electricity wisely.

A mature enough person who can use ways to save and not be wasteful.

A person who knows right from wrong. A teachable person and open to learning new things.

I need a person that i can share the house with, be a neat and tidy person, open minded to other peoples culture and beliefs, kind, none smoker, none or occassional drinker.
