Then you’ll have to purchase a new one. Electricity is very low, approximately R300/pm (prepaid) Water is also low approximately R400/pm(prepaid) Free WiFi. Extremely safe area. You do go through an agent, a background check, etc is needed.
About the roomies
I won’t be staying there. This is my unit, I’m moving to another province. It is a very low budget friendly place to stay, especially if you don’t want to share a room with someone else. But your neighbours are very quiet, all single and very kind. Barely come across them though.
