The estate has state of the art security systems with two maned entrance points, CCTV, and 24 hour GPS controlled guards. Also within the estate are parks and km after km of cycle and hiking tracks. Available immediately, 6 or 12 monthly lease, R7,300 monthly in advance and one month’s deposit to secure the room.

I am Rose and I have rented one of the rooms to Marc and am looking to rent the other room as well. I have a very friendly little Shih’ tzu called Molly and three very gentle Burmese cats - Candy, Duchess and Poppy so no more animals please. Also I don’t smoke so it is a non-smoking household.
