Looking for a female single student or young working professional to rent a room in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Rivonia, the owner resides in the main onsuite bedroom. Room available for rental immediatly. Fully furnished room and access to the fully furnished, newly renovated townhouse. Deposit of R4000 and monthly rental of R4500 inclusive of Water and Electricity unless excessive usage by the tenant where a levy will be charged. If 2 occupants/ couple interested In Rental then the rent will be R5500. One room Occupied and share the second bathroom which has a shower, toilet and sink. The tenant/s are responsible for their own cleaning in the room, bathroom, kitchen and any other space occupied/used. No wifi, DSTV in all bedrooms however the owner gets preference first Unless not in use. Parking available undercover. Pool and braai area in the complex.
