The house is sutuated in a quiet cul de sac in the leafy subburb of Capri Fish Hoek. The room is furnished and is beautiful and spacious. Equipped with a double bed, desk where you can work remotely and a small kitchenette, with 2 plate gas burner and a microwave and kettle. An ensuite bathroom with a bath/ shower and vanity. Full sized fridge, high speed internet and battery back up so electricity never goes down. With a large pool and large garden at your disposal theres place to relax. A covered patio with a braai creates a place for social gatherings or just chilling on the patio sofas. This room offers peace and tranquilty. A separate entrance allows you to come and go as you wish. Suited for travelers or young professionals. I have two friendly dogs and two cats who inhabit the main house.

Recently separated from my wife I am now rattling around in this big house. And need to rent out our small studio apartment we have connected to the house. I have a job that takes up almost all of my day Monday to Friday. I enjoy the odd beer here and there but dont really drink otherwise. Generally I am very chilled. Im a seasoned burner and see life as a place where love is the answer to most things. I get along well with people who treat others with respect and kindness. I do the same. Funny, kind and have a huge heart and a wicked sense of humour come join me in the wonderfull space.
