It’s a private room with fitted cupboards, there’s a bathroom that we will share including the lounge and kitchen.

I am 30 and occupying the other room and would like to urgently rent out the other room to a South African female or male who will respect our boundaries and who understands cleanliness. Kindly note I do not take couples or people with children. Preferably just one person as I’ve had bad experience having to let more than one person.
