A peaceful beautiful 4 bed house, surrounded by lavish greenery in a quiet boomed area. Easy access to Ferndale on Republic and Canterbury Crossing (on Bram Fischer) in Ferndale, Randburg. Access to all of the house’s amenities; shared bathrooms, full use of the kitchen including designated fridge space and appliances such as blenders, etc., dining room, lounge area, stoep/patio that leads into the garden -boardroom (scheduled) -laundry facility -bedroom cleaned twice a week -electricity and water included A neat a clean house. There are transport routes close by for those without cars and many yellow bolts in the Hotspot area.

About the roomies
Beside myself other tenant has been staying in the house for nearly 2 years so there is no limit on the length of stay. She is over 40 and workand gym keep her fairly busy. The couple that used to occupy this room have relocated to the US so young couples without children are welcomed (rent is R7500pm in that regard). On the property there is a couple staying in the one cottage and a male tenant in the other - so whilst females are preferred in the house, males are welcome to enquire. Please don’t feel offended, I have to think about the safety and comfortability of the women in the house. A nice living arrangement with friendly, stable working class and quiet/peaceful people - we are looking for the same to join us!
