Extra-large furnished room in Sea Point apartment available from 1 November for R8500 per month, all inclusive, for one person only. The rent includes use of all applicances including washing-machine (there are wash-lines in the garden next to the apartment), and consumables and utilities such as washing powder, fabric softener, electricity, water, wifi etc. There are no extra charges.

The apartment itself is on the ground floor and opens onto a pleasant, spacious courtyard leading into a garden. It’s located between Main Road and the Promenade, one block from the sea, close to the public swimming-pool. It’s in walking distance of all sorts of shops and public transport including 3 MyCiti routes.

Please note there is no common area lounge/living-room in the apartment. The room is furnished with a sofa and coffee-table though, so there’‘s plenty of space - it’s the size of a small studio (about 20 square metres).

The initial lease period is 3 months, which can be extended by agreement.

One month’s deposit will be required ie R8500.

You would share with me (owner), and one other tenant. We are both quiet-living, very busy people.
