The house is in KENILWORTH. It has shared areas: kitchen/bathrooms/garden/pool. The rooms are all different sizes, and are priced accordingly. All rooms are furnished with bed/desk/chair/wardrobe. Rental includes parking (we have room for 6 cars off-street), complimentary WIFI, and a domestic worker for communal areas twice a week. Rental does NOT include utilities such as electricity (prepaid, shared amongst tenants) and utilities (paid to landlord after each month). The costs of these vary depending on usage, number of tenants, and season (they are added up at the end of each month and divided by the tenants equally). Each room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY (no couples or families) and rent is charged monthly. We do reference checks, and we expect deposit and first month’s rent before a tenant moves in. Full deposits are returned at the end of tenancy if the room is in good order, clean and no damages.

We rent the rooms to young people (generally between ages 18 - 26), both male/female, and all cultures. Everyone is either studying or working, or doing a bit of both, and everyone has their own schedules.
