About the room
Large room available from 1 May, fully furnished with double bed, large built-in cupboard, table, chair and easy chair. For one person only. All inclusive rent of R8000 covers W-Fi internet, electricity, water; use of all appliances including microwave, airfryer, and washing-machine (washing-lines close by in the garden); cupboard space, cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment etc. There are no extra charges above the rent of R8000.
Apartment is located one block from the Promenade and the Sea Point public pool. Completely walkable neighbourhood - Checkers, Woolworths, Clicks, ATM’s, restaurants etc are all in easy walking distance.
It’s on the ground floor and opens into a spacious courtyard.
Lease term: 3 months minimum, going over to month-to-month after the first 3 months by agreement.
A deposit of R8000 will be required.
Requirements: ID copy and proof of income.
Please note there is no lounge/living-room, also that there is construction activity nearby 8am to 5pm Mondays to Saturdays (finishes earlier on Saturdays).
About the roomies
You would be sharing the apartment with me (owner), and one other tenant, both male.
