R4999 per month excluding utilities paid in arrears. 1 month security deposit required. Contract until end of 2024. Can renew for 2025.

Who you’ll be sharing with: a friendly, respectful, young international trilingual working male. I’m a Christian, non smoker, and someone who quietly goes about living my life in the active and healthy way I do.

I’m looking for one individual (preferably a female). Non negotiables: no pets, drugs, smoking, subletting. Ideal traits: organized, clean, introverted, doesn’t like Indian food either.
