Independent entrance from the rest of the house. You buy your own electricity. Safe neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful home

About the roomies

Two kids that go to school. Two other tenants in the main house sharing with the owners. Everyone living here are employed and very courteous. Noise levels kept very low.
