About the room
It is originally a bachelor apartment, but we have created two small rooms in the open area. Both rooms have big windows and a lot of natural light.
Only one room is available. It is small but still very comfortable. It can fit a single bed and a desk. We are willing to furnish the room with a single bed and a desk if required.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared. We can arrange for a microwave, fridge and washing machine.
There is a lot of parking available. There are security guards at the front entrance. Swimming pool in complex.
It is near Melville. In Richmond. Right next to the Rand Steam Shopping Centre. Near to Wits and UJ.
Electricity is included up to R500 per month. Water is included.
Looking for a single male to share.
About the roomies
There is a single male already staying in the other room. He works for himself and is in and out all day.
