We’re a friendly, respectful (M&F) in our 40s, with a (F) tenant in her 20s. I run my own online English Education Company ( happy to help you with your English if you are foreign), the second tenant is an Architectural Technologist and the other has their own private driving company.

We offer a welcoming friendly spacious atmosphere. Our home is our sanctuary & we love good vibes. If you’re comfortable with animals feel free to cuddle our small, quiet, lovable shih tzu / kitty 🐶🐈 or leave them to their own devices, no pressure.

What We’re Looking For:

An easy going professional, non-smoking female who preferably works mostly outside the home (most of us WFH already) with respectful living habits. Regretfully, no couples, kids, or additional pets 🐶🐈

A prior rental reference would be ideal ( if possible) For your comfort - feel free to check in with our current tenant if you want an idea of what we’re like to live with. We’re an open book so ask away if you have questions.
