This sunny room is spacious and peacefuy tucked in the back with a link to its own courtyard. This has private access to the pool. The room is inside the house and entrance is from the main house front door. The house is in the beautiful suburb of Greenside East, or Parkview. The room has a queen size bed, bedside pedestals and a small desk to work on. It has self catering facilities such as a kettle, microwave and bar fridge. The room is across its own bathroom which is private from the rest of the house. Includes your private single garage. The cost includes Wi-Fi and we offer support for freelancers or people who work remotely. Electricity and water is charged at monthly.

I am a 43 year old male, I’m a creative and work from home. I also love my peace and quite but I love playing music. The house has a big yard with ample space to relax and a beautiful swimming pool for those hot summer days. I’m keen to host a short or long term tenant with a chilled vibe and easy going yet hygienic about their own space. The kitchen is communal and access to the fridge and stove is for all tenants, but my coffee machine is off limits 😂 that’s an extra cost. I look forward to meeting new people both local or international.
