Looking for a female to share this beautiful, mountain-view apartment :) There is a sunny, warm bedroom available in a apartment in Observatory, Cape Town. This is available from 01/07/2024
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and lounge, warm balcony which looks onto Devils Peak⛰️🌅 the apartment is semi-furnished. There are beds in all the rooms but you’re welcome to bring your own as well.
Kitchen includes fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. I also have an inverter so wifi always stays on !
Rent excludes wifi and electricity (R250 for wifi, and between R150-250 for electricity). Our building has a central geyser system so you don’t pay for the geyser!
The building is Madison Place, across the road from Groote Schuur Hospital and UCT Medical campus and about 5 min from upper campus and near St Peter’s Square, a petrol station with a Woolworths and plenty of restaurants, cafés and thrift stores.
The building has biometrics and a front desk with 24 hour security- the friendliest and most helpful staff! There is also a gym for the building, and many visitors parkings in the underground, secure parking. Very safe and clean.
About the roomies
I am a 20 year old, 3rd year Physiotherapy student. And my other roommate is a German consultant at an IT company
