About the room
Room Available Immediately 1st April
I am looking for a single individual. I stay with my 17 years old boy and looking for someone who will not be bringing a partner for a sleepover as I stay with a Minor and want to create a welcoming environment for my boy.
The complex is Villa Lucca Complex. Close to Gautrain and walking distance to Centurion Mall.No loadshedding. A neat individual who respects the environment/property they stay in and knows how to be in a sharing space and not noisy. The house is always quiet and would love someone who is also quiet as me and my boy are also studying. My child plays the whole day and I am always in my room minding my business and I am not someone who talks a lot. I study part time and also work fulltime. My child also goes to school. We are neat, introverts,respect people and we are not loud to disturb other people’s peace. I am looking for someone who doesnt have a lot of staff just basics like Fridge,Microwave/kettle.
Rent is R3500pm Deposit R1500 Electricity R400pm
