Blue Room available in furnished Home shared with fellow female student

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Airfryer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Egg Boiler, Sandwich Press, Vacuum Cleaner, other small appliances, as well as crockery & cutlery. Desks with dedicated printer for each student that double-up as eating station.

BLUE ROOM: Fully Furnished, Wall Mounted 40“ Flatscreen Television with TV Box and access to Disney+ and/or Prime Video Subscription. Double Bed (Own bedding & towels preferred, but can also be provided). Bedside Table, Desk, Bookshelf, Ample Built-In Cupboards. Includes Hairdryer, Flat-iron, Ironing Board, Iron & Drying Rack

LIVING ROOM: Fully Furnished with Leather Couches, Coffee Table, Side Tables, Flatscreen Television with TV Box and access to Disney+ and/or Prime Video.

BATHROOM: Full Bathroom with Bathroom Cabinet, Basin, Toilet, Shower, Bath and equipped with separate laundry baskets, shower caddy for each student, as well as a bathroom caddy for each student for individual storage of toiletries.

WHAT IS INCLUDED: Parking:
Secure off-street parking under carport behind remote controlled access gate.

Cleaning Materials:
Sunlight Liquid, Domestos/Pine-Gel, Domestos/Jik, Dishwashing Tablets, Laundry Detergent

Utilities:
Water is included and Pre-Paid Electricity (R600). Should Electricity consumption exceed R600 per month, the additional consumption is shared with fellow student

Wi-Fi: Uncapped Wi-Fi (Fibre)

Cleaning Service:
1 x month Deep Cleaning of common areas (Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom). If additional cleaning services are required (or cleaning of room), this is available at R400 for a day (Students are welcome to share this resource)

LOCATION: Located within walking distance of Paarl Medi-Clinic, Optenhorst Shopping Centre & Lounah Cafe and 2.7km’s from the new Paarl Akademia Campus. Afrikaans speaking female Roomies, currently enrolled as full-time students at Akademia Paarl can apply. (No men, No couples, No smoking, No vaping, No children, No Pets).

About Us: Two Afrikaans speaking Christian, non-smoking females with sober habits (reserved). Introverts - friendly, quiet and low-key. We have 2 female yorkies (strictly in-house pets) and they are kept in the non-roomie area of the house behind a doggy gate. We are extremely low-key and introverted so we keep to ourselves, while still honoring unwritten laws of human socialization. Believe in a happy, conflict-free home life!
