Private room with a shared bathroom in a two-story house in Upper Woodstock on a more quiet, relaxed side of the area.
There’s a big garden with a washing line, plus a washing machine and dryer you can use. The wifi is fast and the road is quiet with on-street parking.
The location is great. Restaurants, bars, parks, gyms and markets are all within walking distance, and public transport is close by. It’s about 6 minutes to town without traffic and 10-15 with.
About the roomies
A bit about me: I’m Calvin :) I work in town and from home, so I’m around some days and out on others. I’m pretty quiet and creative, and I spend most of my free time making art or gaming. I also have one older dog who’s super chill, so you’ll need to be okay with a dog.
I’m looking for a housemate for my spare single room. It’s furnished (but you’re welcome to bring your own furniture) and partially separate from the rest of the house. Looking for someone respectful, clean and easy to live with. Available this month.
