About the room
Hello I am renting out a nice room in a house with 3 rooms. The room has a cupboard, bed, mattress, bedding, linen, table, chair (new), mirror and heating panel. The items are fairly new purchased.
The monthly rent will be ZAR 5100 plus electricity. The rent will be on yearly contract. A shorter term is possible but at a different price.
Deposit: 1 month’s rent
Fibre, Living-Room, Kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and washing machine, Bathroom, Court-Yard and large, quiet Garden with braai will be shared with the other tenants. The communal areas of the house will be cleaned once a week. Nevertheless it is expected that the tenants clean after using the bath, kitchen. Only 2 tenants are sharing the bathroom.
You have to be tidy ! No pets, no babies, no couple, only for 1 non-smoking person. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The room is available from 02.06.2024.
The house is in a small street between Main Road and Arnold Street, close to Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town Science Centre, Amazon HQ and public transportation. Shops, restaurants and bars are in walking distance. 1 Parking on the property is available for R 500 per month.
