About the room
The flat is in a quiet complex, with greenery surrounding it. The bedroom is 12m^2 in size with a north-facing window. We have a shared shower room and a shared toilet room. We have a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen. There is parking available inside the property.
Currently, We are two men living together.
Water is included in the rent. Wifi is separate R190 per month. We have wifi during load shedding. Electricity is split between us as we need it. We have a maid coming monthly which costs R150.
The flat is in Rondebosch, a 30-minute walk to UCT upper campus and a 5-minute walk to a Jammie stop. It is also close to the riverside mall and surrounding shops.
About the roomies
2 master’s students attending UCT. An introvert and an in-between. A night owl and an early bird.
We are not very partying people. Generally 1-2 times per month. This is also a non-smoking household.
