Communal house. I am trying to keep the tenants in the same interest group for social reasons. Open Plan, Braai area, Close to N1 offramp and Tygervalley shopping centre. Main room has ensuite. 2 smaller rooms have shared bathrooms. Granny Flat has own bathroom and kitchen. New beds though the person in the granny flat may make use of the main house. Contract month to month. Water is included, electricity is included to an extent.

homeshare currently has 1 lady and 1 gent in their 20s in the house and 1 gent in the grannyflat. All well mannered people. They enjoy their games nights and social activities.
