A cosy and charming three-bedroom, two bathroom house. Equipped with a full kitchen, spacious bedrooms with a copious amount of cupboard space, and a cosy lounge with a fireplace. The house also has an outdoor courtyard, covered by trees and with a dining table.

The bedroom available includes a shared bathroom however, it has its own separate en-suite entrance.

We are looking for a single, female occupant who can be a student or young professional and who is respectful and enjoys living in a clean and cosy environment.

We would love for the person to have their own furniture as well as their own bedroom furniture as the room comes unfurnished.

We are two female young professionals, who are friendly and who enjoy spending time with one another but also love our own space. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and has good energy. We mostly work so having someone in the professional space is someway would be extremely beneficial.
