Sunny and warm two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the top floor.

In a very secure block of apartments in Vredekloof, with side views of the surrounding mountains.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, oven, air fryer, washing machine, fridge, and all utensils needed. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher.

The lounge is cozy and comfortable with a three-seater L-shaped couch and a large TV with all streaming sites, which links to an open balcony with a built-in braai.

The shared bathroom has a bath, stand-alone shower, toilet and sink.

The available room for rent is cozy, with enough space for a double bed, side tables, and possibly a small work table. It has built-in cupboards with more than enough space for all clothing. It has a double bed, one side table, and curtains. These can be utilised or removed based on preference.

I also have a lovely little Cat who is super affectionate, so please consider that when renting this space. No other pets are allowed.

Parking can be arranged at an extra cost per month.

A cleaner can be arranged once a week at an extra cost.

Please note that being neat, tidy, and respectful of all spaces is necessary.

I’m a 29-year-old male working professional. I work from the apartment in the fintech marketing industry. I like to stay active and live a healthy lifestyle. I’m a very relaxed person. I enjoy gaming in my free time, hiking, and socialising with friends over the weekend.

I am tidy and like to keep the apartment in a liveable but clean environment.

I have sober habits, but I enjoy a glass of wine occasionally.
