Beautiful 4 bedroom house with small garden and swimming pool in the very luxurious secure Centurion Golf Estate.
The room has its own bathroom and is a very nice big room.
Electricity and water is included and there is a cleaning lady 2 days per week which is also included.
Internet, DSTV and Netflix is also included.
The estate offers quite a nice restaurant, squash courts, tennis court and running/cycling trails within the estate.
24hr guarded security guards with access control.
About the roomies
I’m a neat gentleman with good manners and would appreciate a lady roomie that is also neat and tidy.
I do respect personal space and would appreciate that in return.
You are more than welcome to came and have a look and view the property.
I do work long hours so viewing can be done over weekends.
