Spacy room available in lovely house by Sunset Beach. My flatmate will be moving out 1st of May 2024 and i am looking for a replacement.

About myself: my name is tobias. I am 27 years old and came to cape town from germany 4 years ago. Iv been studying for 4 years ans currently await the mercy of home affairs.  My free time i try to spend in the water as much as possible (love to surf) or in the garden or with the dogs. I enjoy going out as much as a night in and dont mind anything as long as we all maintain a level of mutual respect.
