About the room
This space is situated in a very tranquil setting. And extremely peaceful. It does still need some work as I am renovating it slowly. (kitchen and bathroom)
It has a lovely garden, view and balcony. It is also very central. And is surrounded by nature.
You are more than welcome to re-furnish. The room also comes with a wall heater. I prefer short to medium term.
Wifi will be split, so we would each pay R250 p/m for fibre.

I am a very relaxed & fair person. I keep to myself a lot. And am very respectful of others.
I love a neat space and nature.
I have a friendly dog, that doubles up as security and a very cute cat.
