The Cottage is located on a farm close to Jonkershoek - next to Klein Lanzerac.

Semi-furnished room available, own bathroom and full use of kitchen and living area. 5min from central Stellenbosch.

The package includes:

• Water, electricity, and internet with a UPS
• Battery backup with dedicated plugs for laptops, tv’s, cellphone chargers, and other small appliances
• Netflix and Showmax
• The domestic worker comes once per week
• Night security on the property
• Access to a short hike trail on the property
• Farm shop available for organic meats, dairy, and some fresh veggies

I work on the property, and I’m also a student. Thus I’m quite busy and I’m looking for a student / young professional to share with.

It’s important to note that this is a working guest farm with a restaurant and some other activities. Thus it’s not suitable for parties and loud music. Some terms will be discussed on viewing.

I have two German shepherds living with me, so preference will be given to someone that loves animals.
