Farm cottage opening up again!

The Cottage is located on a farm close to Jonkershoek - next to Klein Lanzerac. Rozendal is a quiet and tranquil farm with a lot of nature all around us.

Semi-furnished room available, own bathroom and full use of kitchen and living area. 5min from central Stellenbosch.

The package includes:

• Water, electricity, gas and internet
• Battery backup with dedicated plugs for laptops, tv’s, cellphone chargers, and other small appliances
• Netflix and Amazon Prime
• The domestic worker comes once per week (Fridays)
• Night security on the property
• Access to a short hike trail on the property
• Farm shop available for organic meats, dairy, and some fresh veggies
• Access to a small hiking trail on the farm

You are welcome to vape but unfortunately cigarettes are not welcome. This is an active guest farm with a restaurant operating over the weekends and we try to respect the tranquility and flow of events on the property.

I’ve been sharing the cottage with a student from Switzerland over the past two years and we’re both finishing our degrees at the end of November.

I also work on the property and have been around for almost 7 years. Other than work or studies I enjoy a hike or a market over the weekends with some friends.

Next year will bring a new chapter and I might be moving on, so the cottage will be available up to June 2027 (possibility for extension but no guarantee).
