Omolemo's room

The area is 14 minutes away from both the UWC and CPUT campus preferably if I were to stay with a student we would travel together to school and after school and we can prepare meals together and share the fridge, microwave, as well as kettle although there is little built in cupboard space so you would have to you come with your own storage. It is a studio apartment with a separate entrance as well as a patio the landlord stays right beside us. The place is painted white so it is aesthetically pleasing and can accommodate two people living there. Rent must be paid on time no excuse, because I will be held responsible for that. The area is calm and quiet and suitable for morning jogs as well as spaza shops nearby.

Hey there I’m looking for a young girl you can help me pay my rent for my private student accommodation. This may preferably be a female student from CPUT or UWC. I would love a tidy, friendly, calm, work savvy and honest girl, who is self aware. I am a very calm person I’m not too loud, not hectic. Ofcourse ther are ground rules for having people over because no more than two people allowed on the property anyways. I’m always studying so it will be nice just to be a little quiet but I’m a very understandable person and if you ever need your own time in the press I’ll give you space and let you be.
