About the room
Available mid July 2026 ! I am renting out a room in a house in CT, Woodstock. The house has 5 rooms. The room comes with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, cupboard, heating panel and curtains with railing. Rental term 12 months. A shorter rent term is possible but at a higher rate. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Fibre internet, Kitchen, Bathroom and Court-Yard (with braai) will be shared with the other tenants. Rent includes water, fibre internet but NOT electricity. Off-street parking is available for additional 350 R per month. NO pets, NO babies, only for ONE non-smoking person - sorry, no exception of that. And yes, NO students, sorry
