About the room
Available in May 2026 ! I am renting out a room in a house in CT, Woodstock. The house has 5 rooms. The room comes with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, cupboard, heating panel and curtains with railing. Rental term 12 months. A shorter rent term is possible but at a higher rate. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Fibre internet, Kitchen, Bathroom and Court-Yard (with braai) will be shared with the other tenants. Rent includes water, fibre internet but NOT electricity. Off-street parking is available for additional 350 R per month. NO pets, NO babies, only for ONE non-smoking person - sorry, no exception of that. And yes, NO students, sorry
The communal area is cleaned once every week. Please ask for the video of the communal area of the house.
The house is closed to all public transportation in the area of Old Bisquit Mill / Saltriver Road. MyCitiBus is very close by. (49.4)
About the roomies
The house in CT, Woodstock, will be shared with other tenants. These are all young professionals. The room is bright, has a window with burglar bars and is quiet. The house is secured with camera and copy-save lock/keys.
