Kitchen, Living-room, Courtyard, Fibre-internet (50/50 Mbps), garden with braai can be shares with other tenants. NO babies, NO smoking, NO pets, NO couples, NO students ! Off-street parking (if available) for 500 R per month.
The property is located in a quiet street in Observatory, Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town Science Center, UCT, Amazon Headquarter, CBD. Shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation are in walking distance. (54/2)
