Neat, Peaceful, and Harmonious Living: A vacant room is available in a 2-bedroom apartment for rent. We are looking for a neat, respectful, and mature professional to occupy the room.

The room is part of a shared space, including the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen appliances will not be provided by the other tenant.

Rent is 3600, including water and electricity. The deposit is 1000, which can be paid upfront. Wi-fi is free.

The tenant will need to bring their own bed and other necessities. The shared space will be rented, and all built-in house features can be used.

Preferably, no kids and individuals who have passed the partying stage or won’t bring the party to the house. The flatmate should be responsible and willing to partake in house chores (cleaning).
