Catherine Bowen's room

I have a home in Hout Bay, with a fully furnished , ground floor studio flatlet. The monthly rental includes WiFi, Water, Electricity and housekeeper every second week as well as one load of laundry per week.

The studio flatlet is completely separate from the main house, with it’s own private courtyard and pedestrian access. In the main house are myself and my housemate Andrea. We are both self-employed 40+ female professionals. We are easy-going and quiet people who spend a lot of time at home both during the week (work from home) and on weekends. I have two dogs and two cats on the property, so unfortunately can’t welcome anymore pets onto the porperty.
