Furnished room in a well-located Sea Point apartment. Situated close to the promenade, a range of shops, and the Mojo market. The room opens out into a shared balcony overlooking a quiet street and a bit of Seinheuwel.

I’m a female in my mid-thirties and I work from home, so I would prefer a roommate who is office-based. I’m easygoing but not keen to have too many parties or social events.

I have two cats - so you’ll need to be okay with sharing the space with them as well. Short-term rental only.
